About the Role: As an Anesthetist at Kailash Hospital, you will play a crucial role in ensuring patient safety and comfort during surgical procedures.
What You'll Be Doing: - Assess patients pre-operatively to evaluate fitness for anesthesia and develop anesthesia plans. - Administer general, regional, or local anesthesia for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures. - Monitor vital signs and manage patient status during surgery using advanced monitoring equipment. - Provide post-operative care, including pain management and management of anesthesia-related complications. - Respond to intraoperative and post-anesthesia emergencies promptly and effectively. - Support critical care units by managing sedation, airway, and ventilator support. - Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia procedures, drug usage, and patient responses. - Collaborate with surgeons, intensivists, and nursing teams to ensure patient safety and comfort.
