About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Pediatrics, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive medical care to children and adolescents, ensuring their health and well-being.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide comprehensive medical care to neonates, infants, children, and adolescents in OPD, IPD, and emergency settings. - Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric illnesses such as infections, asthma, nutritional disorders, and developmental delays. - Perform essential pediatric procedures like IV cannulation, lumbar puncture, resuscitation, and intubation. - Monitor growth and development, ensure timely vaccinations, and address parental concerns. - Participate in neonatal and pediatric emergency care, including stabilization and referrals. - Collaborate with pediatric consultants, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals for holistic care.
