Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Senior Resident in Ophthalmology, you will play a crucial role in providing clinical care to patients with ophthalmic conditions.
How You'll Contribute: - Provide clinical care to patients in OPD, IPD, and emergency settings for ophthalmic conditions. - Perform eye examinations, refractions, and diagnostic procedures such as slit-lamp evaluation, fundoscopy, and tonometry. - Assist and independently manage minor ophthalmic procedures and surgeries under supervision. - Manage ophthalmic emergencies including trauma, acute infections, and vision-threatening conditions. - Participate in ward rounds, pre-operative and post-operative care of eye surgery patients. - Teach and guide undergraduate/postgraduate students in clinical and academic activities. - Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and documentation.
