Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Senior Resident in Geriatrics, you will provide comprehensive medical care to elderly patients, ensuring their health and well-being through individualized care plans.
How You'll Contribute: - Provide comprehensive medical care to elderly patients with acute and chronic health conditions. - Assist in the assessment, diagnosis, and development of individualized care plans for older adults. - Manage age-related disorders such as dementia, osteoporosis, cardiovascular, and metabolic diseases. - Coordinate multidisciplinary care involving nursing, physiotherapy, nutrition, and social services. - Work under the supervision of faculty to ensure evidence-based geriatric care. - Mentor and guide junior residents, interns, and nursing staff in elderly patient management. - Maintain accurate medical records, care plans, and follow-up documentation. - Participate in academic activities, case discussions, and geriatric care training programs.
