About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Emergency Medicine, you will play a crucial role in providing immediate medical care to patients facing emergencies and critical illnesses.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide immediate medical care to patients presenting with emergencies, trauma, and critical illnesses. - Assist in the stabilization, diagnosis, and management of acute medical and surgical conditions. - Participate in emergency procedures such as intubation, resuscitation, and life-support interventions. - Work under the supervision of faculty to ensure high standards of patient care. - Guide and support junior residents, interns, and nursing staff in emergency protocols. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment plans. - Participate in departmental teaching sessions, case discussions, and skill-based training. - Assist in research activities and clinical audits related to emergency medicine. - Ensure adherence to hospital policies, ethical guidelines, and patient safety standards.
