About the Role: As a Laparoscopic Surgeon at Kailash Hospital, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating abdominal and pelvic conditions using minimally invasive techniques.
What You'll Be Doing: - Diagnose and treat abdominal and pelvic conditions using laparoscopic techniques. - Perform procedures such as laparoscopic cholecystectomy, appendectomy, hernia repair, and diagnostic laparoscopy. - Evaluate patients pre-operatively using imaging, lab tests, and clinical examination. - Provide post-operative care, monitor for complications, and ensure early patient recovery. - Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgical teams, and nursing staff for smooth operative workflow. - Counsel patients and families regarding the procedure, risks, benefits, and follow-up care. - Maintain accurate and detailed surgical records and operative documentation. - Train junior doctors and OT staff in laparoscopic skills and sterile techniques.
