Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Neonatologist at Kailash Hospital, you will provide specialized care for critically ill and premature newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
How You'll Contribute: - Diagnose and manage neonatal conditions such as respiratory distress, sepsis, jaundice, birth asphyxia, and congenital anomalies. - Perform life-saving procedures including neonatal resuscitation, intubation, surfactant administration, and umbilical line placement. - Monitor ventilated and non-ventilated neonates and adjust care plans based on clinical response. - Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians, nurses, and other specialists for integrated care. - Counsel parents about the baby’s condition, prognosis, treatment plan, and follow-up care. - Maintain comprehensive and accurate medical records and discharge summaries. - Ensure adherence to NICU protocols, infection control standards, and patient safety guidelines.
