Your Core Responsibilities: - Diagnose and treat respiratory conditions such as asthma, COPD, tuberculosis, pneumonia, ILD, and lung cancer. - Interpret diagnostic tests including chest X-rays, CT scans, spirometry, PFTs, and sleep studies. - Perform procedures such as bronchoscopy, thoracentesis, and pleural biopsies. - Manage patients requiring ventilator support and provide critical care in ICU settings. - Develop individualized treatment plans including medications, inhalation therapy, and pulmonary rehabilitation. - Collaborate with other specialists such as intensivists, radiologists, and oncologists for comprehensive care. - Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, smoking cessation, and preventive care.
