About the Role: As a General Physician at Kailash Hospital, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and managing a variety of medical conditions, ensuring the highest quality of patient care.
What You'll Be Doing: - Diagnose and manage common medical conditions such as infections, hypertension, diabetes, asthma, and gastrointestinal issues. - Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations through history-taking, physical exams, and diagnostic investigations. - Prescribe appropriate medications and lifestyle modifications based on patient needs. - Provide outpatient consultations, inpatient care, and attend to medical emergencies. - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly during follow-ups. - Coordinate with specialists and refer patients for advanced or multidisciplinary care when required. - Maintain accurate medical records, prescriptions, and documentation of clinical outcomes.
