Join Our Team at Kailash Hospital: We are dedicated to providing exceptional care to critically ill patients. As a Sr. Resident in Critical Care, you will play a vital role in our mission to enhance patient outcomes.
Your Core Responsibilities: - Provide continuous medical care to critically ill patients in the ICU under the guidance of senior intensivists. - Manage life-threatening conditions such as sepsis, ARDS, shock, multi-organ failure, and cardiac arrest. - Perform essential ICU procedures like intubation, central line insertion, arterial cannulation, and ventilation management. - Monitor patients using invasive and non-invasive devices and adjust treatment plans accordingly. - Respond promptly to Code Blue and emergency calls within the hospital. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including anesthetists, pulmonologists, and nurses. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of clinical assessments, interventions, and progress notes.
