Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Senior Resident in General Medicine, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive medical care to patients with both acute and chronic conditions.
How You'll Contribute: - Provide comprehensive medical care to patients with acute and chronic medical conditions. - Assist in the diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of patients in inpatient and outpatient settings. - Perform and interpret routine diagnostic procedures relevant to general medicine. - Work under the guidance of faculty to ensure evidence-based patient management. - Supervise and mentor junior residents, interns, and medical students. - Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, and progress notes. - Participate in ward rounds, clinical case discussions, and academic teaching sessions. - Contribute to departmental research, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
