Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Consultant Medical Oncologist, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized diagnosis and treatment for patients with various types of cancer.
How You'll Contribute: - Provide specialized diagnosis and treatment for patients with various types of cancer. - Develop and implement individualized chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy plans. - Collaborate with surgical and radiation oncologists for multidisciplinary cancer care. - Monitor patient response to treatment and manage therapy-related side effects. - Interpret diagnostic tests, imaging, and biopsy reports to guide treatment decisions. - Educate patients and families on disease prognosis, treatment options, and supportive care. - Participate in tumor boards, departmental meetings, and clinical case discussions. - Stay updated with advancements in oncology through CMEs, conferences, and research. - Ensure adherence to ethical, clinical, and hospital protocols in oncology practice.
