About the Role: As a Medical Oncologist at Prayastech, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and managing patients with various types of cancers, utilizing advanced treatment modalities.
What You'll Be Doing: - Diagnose and manage patients with various types of cancers using chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies. - Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient condition and latest oncology guidelines. - Collaborate with surgical and radiation oncologists for comprehensive multidisciplinary cancer care. - Monitor patient response to treatments and manage side effects and complications. - Interpret diagnostic tests, imaging, and pathology reports to guide therapy decisions. - Educate patients and families about cancer prognosis, treatment options, and supportive care. - Participate in tumor boards, clinical case discussions, and departmental meetings. - Stay updated on advances in oncology through continuous medical education and research.
