Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Senior Resident in Psychiatry, you will play a crucial role in providing clinical care to patients with psychiatric and mental health disorders.
How You'll Contribute: - Provide clinical care to patients with psychiatric and mental health disorders. - Assist in the assessment, diagnosis, and formulation of treatment plans for psychiatric conditions. - Conduct patient interviews, mental status examinations, and risk assessments. - Administer and monitor pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapies. - Work under the supervision of faculty to ensure evidence-based psychiatric care. - Supervise and guide junior residents, interns, and psychology trainees. - Maintain accurate medical records, case notes, and treatment documentation. - Participate in departmental teaching programs, case conferences, and academic discussions.
