What You'll Be Doing: - Diagnose and treat male reproductive and urological disorders. - Conduct evaluations for male infertility and sexual dysfunction. - Interpret lab results, semen analyses, and hormonal profiles. - Perform procedures such as testicular biopsies and sperm retrieval. - Develop customized treatment plans including medication, surgery, or assisted reproduction. - Counsel patients on lifestyle changes and treatment outcomes. - Collaborate with urologists, endocrinologists, and fertility specialists. - Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up care. - Stay updated with advancements in andrology and reproductive medicine.
