About the Role: As a Clinical Research Director, you will lead the design, development, and execution of clinical research studies and trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and ethical standards.
What You'll Be Doing: - Lead the design, development, and execution of clinical research studies and trials. - Oversee protocol development, study feasibility, site selection, and trial initiation. - Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards. - Manage and mentor clinical research teams, investigators, and coordinators. - Review and analyze clinical trial data, ensuring accuracy, validity, and integrity. - Collaborate with medical, regulatory, and biostatistics teams for study design and reporting. - Provide scientific and strategic input for research programs and publications. - Maintain relationships with external stakeholders, CROs, sponsors, and regulatory authorities.
