What You'll Be Doing:
- Teach orthopaedics to undergraduate and postgraduate students through lectures, clinical case discussions, and hands-on demonstrations.
- Conduct and supervise orthopaedic procedures, including trauma management, joint replacements, and arthroscopic surgeries.
- Guide students in research projects, thesis work, and evidence-based orthopaedic practices.
- Conduct and publish research in orthopaedics, sports medicine, and related fields.
- Supervise and mentor medical students, interns, and residents in clinical and surgical skills.
- Participate in curriculum development, syllabus revision, and academic planning.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care and medical education.
- Engage in faculty development programs, university committees, and administrative responsibilities.
- Stay updated with advancements in orthopaedic surgery, implants, and rehabilitation techniques.
- Contribute to hospital services, continuing medical education (CME), and professional conferences.
