About the Role: As an ENT Tutor, you will play a crucial role in educating undergraduate and postgraduate students about Ear, Nose, and Throat disorders, ensuring they gain a comprehensive understanding of the field.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Teach students through lectures, case discussions, and clinical demonstrations.
- Explain key concepts in otology, rhinology, laryngology, head and neck surgery, and audiology.
- Conduct bedside teaching in ENT wards, outpatient clinics, and operation theaters.
- Guide students in clinical case presentations, diagnostic techniques, and treatment planning for ENT conditions.
- Prepare teaching materials, case studies, and assessment tools for student evaluation.
- Supervise practical training, ensuring students develop skills in history taking, physical examination, and basic ENT procedures.
- Stay updated with advancements in ENT surgery, cochlear implants, endoscopic sinus surgery, and voice therapy.
- Provide academic mentorship and support to students struggling with ENT concepts.
- Participate in curriculum planning, syllabus updates, and interdisciplinary teaching initiatives.
- Engage in faculty development programs, departmental meetings, and student assessment activities.
