About the Role: As a Sr. Resident/Jr. Resident in Pharmacology, you will play a crucial role in educating future healthcare professionals and contributing to research initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students through lectures, practical demonstrations, and tutorials.
- Conduct pharmacology laboratory sessions, including drug assays, bioassays, and clinical pharmacokinetics.
- Guide students in understanding drug classifications, mechanisms of action, pharmacodynamics, and pharmacokinetics.
- Support research activities in experimental pharmacology, clinical trials, and adverse drug reaction (ADR) monitoring.
- Participate in student assessments, viva voce, and practical examinations.
- Assist in developing teaching materials, question banks, and academic presentations.
- Collaborate with faculty in academic and administrative responsibilities.
- Stay updated with advancements in pharmacogenomics, drug development, and evidence-based medicine.
- Engage in interdepartmental academic discussions, journal clubs, and seminars.
