About the Role: As a Sr. Resident/Jr. Resident in Orthopedics, you will play a crucial role in providing clinical care to patients with orthopedic conditions, contributing to their recovery and well-being.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide clinical care to patients with orthopedic conditions in outpatient, inpatient, and emergency settings.
- Assist in performing and managing orthopedic surgeries, including trauma, arthroscopy, and joint replacement procedures.
- Conduct clinical evaluations, diagnose musculoskeletal disorders, and formulate treatment plans.
- Participate in preoperative planning, intraoperative assistance, and postoperative patient care.
- Assist in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students through case discussions, bedside clinics, and academic sessions.
- Participate in hospital rounds, multidisciplinary team discussions, and morbidity & mortality audits.
- Support research activities, including clinical trials, case reports, and orthopedic innovations.
- Assist in student assessments, viva voce, and practical examinations.
- Stay updated with advancements in orthopedic surgery, rehabilitation techniques, and evidence-based practices.
