About the Role: As a Spine Surgeon, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating spinal disorders, ensuring comprehensive patient care.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and treat spinal disorders, including degenerative diseases, trauma, tumors, and deformities.
- Perform surgical procedures such as spinal fusion, discectomy, laminectomy, and minimally invasive spine surgery.
- Conduct preoperative evaluations, explain surgical risks and benefits, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with neurologists, orthopedic surgeons, physiotherapists, and pain management specialists for comprehensive patient care.
- Manage post-operative care, including pain management, rehabilitation, and long-term recovery monitoring.
- Utilize advanced imaging techniques such as MRI, CT scans, and X-rays for accurate diagnosis and surgical planning.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in spinal surgery, robotics, and minimally invasive techniques.
- Educate patients on preventive measures, rehabilitation exercises, and lifestyle modifications for spine health.
