Your Core Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions, including fractures, arthritis, sports injuries, and spinal disorders.
- Perform surgical procedures such as joint replacements, arthroscopy, spinal surgeries, and fracture fixation.
- Conduct preoperative evaluations, explain surgical options, risks, and expected outcomes to patients.
- Develop personalized treatment plans, including surgical and non-surgical approaches like physiotherapy and medication.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, rheumatologists, and rehabilitation specialists for post-operative care and recovery.
- Utilize advanced imaging techniques like X-rays, MRI, and CT scans for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Stay updated on advancements in orthopedic surgery, including robotic-assisted and minimally invasive techniques.
- Provide emergency orthopedic care for trauma cases, such as dislocations and complex fractures.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and long-term musculoskeletal health.
