About the Role: As a Nursing Staff member, you will play a crucial role in providing direct nursing care to patients and ensuring their well-being.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications and treatments.
- Monitor patient vitals, symptoms, and overall health conditions.
- Assist doctors during medical examinations, procedures, and surgeries.
- Ensure proper documentation of patient medical records and care plans.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid or CPR as needed.
- Assist in intensive care units (ICU), emergency rooms (ER), and operation theatres (OT) as required.
- Ensure timely escalation of critical cases to senior medical staff.
- Follow infection prevention and control protocols.
- Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards in patient care areas.
