About the Role: As a Quality Nurse, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and enhancing the quality of nursing care across all departments, ensuring compliance with clinical standards.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of nursing care provided across all departments.
- Develop, implement, and update quality assurance policies, procedures, and nursing standards.
- Conduct regular audits of nursing documentation, patient care, and safety practices.
- Identify gaps in clinical practice and initiate corrective and preventive actions to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to promote evidence-based practices.
- Provide training and education on quality improvement initiatives, infection control, patient safety, and standard operating procedures.
