About the Role: As an OT Incharge, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the operation theatre, ensuring a seamless and efficient environment for surgical procedures.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Oversee daily functioning and administration of the operation theatre.
- Manage OT schedules, coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff.
- Supervise and guide OT nurses, technicians, and support staff.
- Ensure adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
- Maintain stock of surgical instruments, sterile supplies, drugs, and consumables.
- Conduct regular checks of OT equipment and coordinate maintenance and calibration.
- Maintain accurate OT records including surgery logs, instrument usage, and sterilization.
- Monitor compliance with hospital policies, safety norms, and documentation standards.
