Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Sr. Resident in Emergency Medicine, you will play a crucial role in providing immediate care to patients in critical situations.
How You'll Contribute: - Provide prompt and effective diagnosis, stabilization, and management of emergency cases. - Attend to trauma, cardiac, neurological, pediatric, and medical emergencies. - Perform emergency procedures such as intubation, IV cannulation, central lines, chest tube insertion, etc. - Monitor and manage critically ill patients in the ER and coordinate ICU transfers as required. - Maintain accurate and updated medical records and patient documentation. - Participate in clinical audits, case discussions, and morbidity & mortality meetings. - Assist in triaging patients based on clinical urgency. - Supervise junior residents, interns, and emergency nursing staff.
