About the Role: As a Sr. Resident in Critical Care Medicine, you will play a vital role in monitoring and managing critically ill patients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
What You'll Be Doing: - Monitor patients' clinical progress, lab results, and radiological investigations. - Respond to Code Blue and Rapid Response Team calls efficiently. - Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (cardiology, neurology, surgery, nephrology, etc.) for comprehensive patient management. - Ensure accurate documentation of patient records, care plans, and discharge summaries. - Mentor and supervise junior residents and ICU nursing staff. - Participate in daily rounds, academic discussions, journal clubs, and mortality audits. - Adhere to ICU infection control protocols, patient safety standards, and clinical guidelines.
