About the Role: As a Radiology Specialist, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing diseases and abnormalities through advanced imaging techniques.
What You'll Be Doing: - Interpret medical imaging studies, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, ultrasounds, and PET scans. - Diagnose diseases, injuries, and abnormalities based on imaging results. - Perform image-guided procedures such as biopsies, fluoroscopy, and minimally invasive treatments. - Collaborate with physicians and specialists to provide accurate diagnoses and treatment plans. - Ensure the safe use of radiation and imaging technology, following regulatory and safety guidelines. - Communicate findings to referring doctors and, when necessary, directly to patients. - Stay updated on advancements in radiology techniques, artificial intelligence, and imaging technologies. - Supervise and guide radiology technicians and other healthcare professionals in imaging procedures. - Maintain detailed medical reports and ensure compliance with hospital policies and industry standards.
