About the Role: As a Neuro Surgery Specialist, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating disorders affecting the brain, spine, and nervous system through surgical interventions.
What You'll Be Doing: - Diagnose and treat disorders affecting the brain, spine, and nervous system through surgical interventions. - Perform complex procedures such as brain tumor removal, spinal surgeries, and trauma-related surgeries. - Conduct preoperative assessments, including reviewing imaging scans like MRI and CT scans. - Develop and implement personalized surgical treatment plans for neurological conditions. - Collaborate with neurologists, anesthesiologists, and other specialists for comprehensive care. - Manage post-surgical care, monitor recovery, and address complications if they arise. - Perform minimally invasive and robotic-assisted neurosurgical procedures when applicable. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in neurosurgical techniques and medical research. - Educate patients and their families about surgery risks, rehabilitation, and long-term care.
