What You'll Be Doing: - Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in General Medicine through lectures, clinics, and ward rounds. - Conduct bedside teaching, case presentations, and clinical demonstrations. - Guide students in research projects, dissertations, and journal clubs. - Provide inpatient and outpatient clinical care as per institutional protocols. - Supervise and mentor residents and junior faculty (role-specific). - Participate in academic planning, curriculum development, and internal assessments. - Publish original research in peer-reviewed medical journals. - Attend departmental meetings, CMEs, and medical conferences. - Ensure compliance with NMC and institutional regulations.
