About the Role: As a Sr. Resident/Jr. Resident in General Medicine, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the academic environment of our institution.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide inpatient and outpatient care under supervision, including diagnosis and management of medical cases. - Take patient history, perform clinical examinations, and prepare case summaries. - Assist in emergency care, ward rounds, and critical care management. - Monitor patient progress, prescribe treatments, and follow up on investigations. - Maintain accurate and updated medical records and documentation. - Participate in academic activities, case presentations, and departmental meetings. - Guide and support interns and medical students during clinical postings.
