What You'll Be Doing: - Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students through lectures, ward rounds, and OT demonstrations. - Conduct clinical case discussions, skill labs, and surgical training sessions. - Perform and supervise general surgical procedures in OT and emergency settings. - Guide students in research work, thesis writing, and academic presentations. - Mentor residents and junior faculty, ensuring clinical skill development. - Prepare academic schedules and contribute to curriculum development as per NMC norms. - Publish research articles in peer-reviewed surgical or clinical journals. - Participate in academic audits, CMEs, workshops, and departmental meetings. - Ensure proper documentation, patient care, and medico-legal compliance.
