About the Role: Join our esteemed institution as a Professor/Assistant Professor/Associate Professor in Ophthalmology, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of medical education and patient care.
What You'll Be Doing: - Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students through lectures, clinics, and practical demonstrations. - Conduct and supervise ophthalmic surgeries such as cataract, glaucoma, and retinal procedures. - Guide students in academic research, dissertations, and case presentations. - Manage OPD and IPD patients with various eye disorders. - Train residents and junior faculty in clinical and surgical skills. - Develop and update curriculum in line with NMC guidelines. - Participate in CMEs, academic conferences, and departmental audits. - Publish original research in national and international ophthalmology journals. - Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure medico-legal compliance.
