How You'll Contribute: - Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in ENT through lectures, clinics, and practical sessions. - Conduct and supervise ENT surgeries including endoscopic, otologic, and head & neck procedures. - Guide students in clinical case studies, research projects, and thesis work. - Conduct OPD consultations and manage IPD patients with ENT disorders. - Mentor junior faculty and residents in surgical and academic training. - Develop and revise curriculum as per NMC guidelines. - Participate in CMEs, workshops, and medical education programs. - Publish research in national and international journals. - Ensure proper documentation, patient care, and medico-legal compliance.
