Your Core Responsibilities: - Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in Anesthesiology through lectures and clinical demonstrations. - Conduct and supervise anesthesia procedures in OT, ICU, and emergency settings. - Guide PG students in thesis work, journal clubs, and academic research. - Provide anesthesia care for elective and emergency surgeries across specialties. - Monitor and manage patients in perioperative and critical care units. - Participate in curriculum development and ensure compliance with NMC norms. - Train junior residents and faculty in safe and advanced anesthesia techniques.
