About the Role: As a Sr. Resident/Jr. Resident in ENT, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and managing patients with ENT-related conditions, contributing to their overall health and well-being.
What You'll Be Doing: - Diagnose and manage patients with ENT-related conditions in OPD, IPD, and emergency settings. - Assist in performing ENT surgeries and minor procedures under supervision. - Conduct examinations using diagnostic tools like endoscopy, audiometry, and microscopy. - Participate in pre-operative evaluations and post-operative patient care. - Maintain detailed case notes, progress records, and discharge summaries. - Supervise and guide interns and medical students during clinical rotations. - Participate in departmental academic activities such as seminars and case presentations. - Support community outreach and hearing screening programs.
