About the Role: As a Sr. Resident/Jr. Resident in Orthopedics, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and managing patients with musculoskeletal injuries and orthopedic conditions.
What You'll Be Doing: - Diagnose and manage patients with musculoskeletal injuries and orthopedic conditions. - Assist in performing orthopedic surgeries under supervision, including trauma and elective procedures. - Participate in pre-operative evaluations and post-operative care and rehabilitation. - Conduct rounds in wards, emergency, and outpatient departments. - Document clinical findings, surgical notes, and maintain accurate medical records. - Guide and mentor interns and undergraduate students during orthopedic postings. - Attend and contribute to academic sessions, case presentations, and journal clubs. - Assist in plaster application, splinting, traction, and minor orthopedic procedures.
