Your Core Responsibilities: - Examine and manage patients with ocular complaints in OPD, IPD, and emergency settings. - Assist in ophthalmic surgeries such as cataract, pterygium, and minor procedures. - Perform diagnostic tests like refraction, slit-lamp examination, fundoscopy, and tonometry. - Participate in pre-operative evaluations and post-operative care. - Maintain proper clinical records, surgical notes, and follow-up documentation. - Supervise and mentor interns and undergraduate students during clinical rotations. - Attend academic activities including seminars, journal clubs, and case presentations.
