About the Role: As a General Surgery Tutor, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of medical professionals by imparting essential knowledge and skills in General Surgery.
What You'll Be Doing: - Assist in teaching undergraduate students the principles and practices of General Surgery. - Support faculty during ward rounds, OPD, and minor OT procedures. - Help students learn clinical examination, surgical anatomy, and case presentations. - Conduct tutorials, bedside discussions, and skill lab demonstrations. - Maintain teaching aids, surgical models, and patient case records. - Assist in organizing internal assessments, practical exams, and vivas. - Provide academic support and remedial teaching for students. - Participate in departmental academic meetings, CMEs, and workshops. - Support faculty in basic research, audits, and academic documentation.
