About the Role: As a Sr. Resident/Jr. Resident in Dentistry, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and managing dental and oral health conditions, contributing to the well-being of patients in both OPD and emergency settings.
What You'll Be Doing: - Diagnose and manage dental and oral health conditions in OPD and emergency settings. - Perform basic dental procedures such as restorations, extractions, scaling, and minor surgeries. - Assist in advanced procedures under the guidance of senior faculty or consultants. - Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, and follow-up documentation. - Guide and supervise interns and dental students during clinical postings. - Participate in academic sessions, seminars, and clinical case presentations. - Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care. - Support community dental health programs and camps.
