About the Role: As a Resident Medical Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive medical care to patients, ensuring their well-being and recovery.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide round-the-clock medical care and support to inpatients and emergency cases. - Monitor patients’ clinical conditions and update treating consultants regularly. - Perform basic medical procedures and assist in advanced interventions when required. - Maintain accurate medical records, progress notes, and discharge summaries. - Ensure timely administration of medications and adherence to treatment protocols. - Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments for patient care and diagnostics. - Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow code protocols.
