Your Core Responsibilities: - Teach theoretical and practical aspects of Dialysis Technology to undergraduate and postgraduate students. - Design and update curriculum based on current clinical practices and regulatory requirements. - Supervise hands-on training in dialysis procedures, machine handling, and patient care. - Guide students in research projects, case presentations, and dissertations. - Conduct student evaluations through exams, practicals, and continuous assessments. - Facilitate clinical training in affiliated hospitals and dialysis centers. - Encourage research and scholarly publications in nephrology and dialysis care. - Mentor junior faculty and participate in faculty development programs.
