About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Psychiatry, you will play a crucial role in assessing and diagnosing patients, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
What You'll Be Doing: - Assessing patients through interviews, observations, tests, and medical history reviews. - Diagnosing patients accurately. - Developing comprehensive treatment plans and prescribing medication as needed. - Consulting with other medical professionals and psychologists. - Regularly following up with patients to check progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. - Thoroughly documenting each patient's diagnosis, symptoms, medication, treatment effectiveness, etc.
