About the Role: As a Medical Physicist, you will play a crucial role in planning and ensuring effective treatment for patients, utilizing your expertise to analyze images and data for accurate diagnosis.
What You'll Be Doing: - Planning and ensuring patients’ treatment. - Analyzing images and data to aid diagnosis. - Working directly with patients to explain treatment plans. - Developing or procuring equipment to investigate medical conditions in patients. - Providing advice about radiation protection. - Training and updating healthcare, scientific and technical staff. - Managing radiotherapy quality assurance programmes.
