About the Role: As a Tutor in General Surgery, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of medical professionals through engaging lectures and hands-on training.
What You'll Be Doing: - Deliver engaging and informative lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in various medical subjects. - Assist in the design and development of curriculum materials, including lecture notes, assignments, and exams. - Provide one-on-one and group tutoring sessions to support students’ understanding of complex medical topics. - Prepare, administer, and grade exams, quizzes, and assignments, providing constructive feedback to students. - Guide students in developing effective study strategies, critical thinking skills, and professional behaviors. - Assist students with research projects, including proposal development, data collection, and analysis. - Stay updated with the latest developments in medical education and incorporate innovative teaching methods. - Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance, participating in departmental meetings and committees as required.
