About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Anesthesia, you will play a crucial role in providing anesthesia care for various surgical and therapeutic procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
What You'll Be Doing: - Assist in providing anesthesia care under the supervision of senior consultants. - Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations, including patient history and risk assessment. - Administer various types of anesthesia, ensuring patient safety during procedures. - Monitor patients’ vital signs and anesthesia levels during surgery. - Manage post-anesthesia care, including recovery monitoring and pain management. - Collaborate with surgical teams and other healthcare professionals. - Participate in critical care management and emergency resuscitation. - Maintain detailed documentation of anesthesia procedures and patient progress. - Teach and mentor junior residents and medical students.
