Your Core Responsibilities: - Deliver lectures and practical sessions on pharmacology topics, including drug mechanisms, therapeutic applications, and adverse effects. - Conduct and publish research in areas such as drug discovery, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and clinical pharmacology. - Design and update the pharmacology syllabus to align with advancements in medical education and clinical practice. - Guide students during laboratory experiments and research projects, ensuring ethical and scientific standards. - Prepare and evaluate theoretical and practical assessments to gauge students’ understanding and skills. - Provide academic and career guidance to students and support their research endeavors. - Coordinate with clinical departments to integrate pharmacological knowledge into patient care. - Keep abreast of advancements in pharmacological research, clinical practices, and teaching methodologies. - Participate in academic seminars, workshops, and conferences to promote the department's growth.
