About the Role: As an Emergency Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing immediate nursing care to patients in emergency and trauma situations.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide immediate nursing care to patients in emergency and trauma situations. - Triage patients based on severity and prioritize treatment accordingly. - Assist doctors during emergency procedures and resuscitation efforts. - Administer medications, IV fluids, and emergency interventions as prescribed. - Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and medical status continuously. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and interventions. - Ensure readiness of emergency equipment and supplies at all times. - Coordinate with ambulance, ICU, and other departments for patient transfers. - Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
