About the Role: As a MICU Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the Medical Intensive Care Unit.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide direct nursing care to patients as per the doctor's instructions. - Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and medical conditions. - Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids accurately. - Assist doctors during medical procedures and rounds. - Maintain patient records, charts, and documentation accurately. - Ensure infection control and hygiene standards are strictly followed. - Educate patients and families about care plans and post-discharge instructions. - Coordinate with other departments for seamless patient care. - Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations.
