About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Microbiology, you will play a crucial role in educating the next generation of healthcare professionals and contributing to vital research in the field.
What You'll Be Doing: - Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in microbiology, immunology, and infectious diseases. - Conduct practical laboratory sessions, demonstrations, and tutorials. - Guide students in clinical microbiology, diagnostic techniques, and pathogen identification. - Assist in laboratory management, quality control, and standardization of microbiological tests. - Participate in research projects, publications, and departmental academic activities. - Support clinical laboratory services, including culture, sensitivity, and molecular diagnostic tests. - Maintain accurate student records, assessments, and examination duties. - Contribute to seminars, workshops, and continuous medical education programs. - Collaborate with faculty on curriculum development and academic innovation.
